What is Tenacity Trades? We are an educational company with a distinctive approach to trading in the Foreign Exchange (FX) markets. Instead of relying on indicators, we focus entirely on market structure and price action, providing you with a clear, unobstructed view of the market. Our extensive library of videos and written content offers hours of learning materials at your disposal. Additionally, our global community allows you to connect with like-minded traders 24/7.
-
Can the Tenacity strategy be applied to other markets? We specialize in FX, Indices, and Cryptocurrencies. If you’re interested in applying our methods to other markets, we strongly encourage conducting thorough backtesting and independent research.
-
Do you offer signals? No, we believe that to achieve long-term, consistent profitability as an FX trader, you shouldn’t rely on copying others' trades through signals. Instead, you should focus on mastering the skills yourself to become self-sufficient.
-
How much capital should I start trading with? While there’s no minimum starting amount, many of our students begin trading with £1,000 or more. Additionally, eligible members of the Tenacity community have the unique opportunity to become funded by us at no additional cost.
-
What payment types do you accept? We currently accept Visa Debit, Mastercard, BCA, OVO, and Shopee Pay. You may choose your payment type at checkout. If you have any payment related questions, please open a ticket in our Discord channel.
-
How can I access the Discord Community?Upon signing up for the CORE membership you’ll receive a “Welcome Email”. From there you’ll see an option to join our Discord server straight away. Once you've gained access to our Discord, you will be added to the private community. If you need further help you can contact the team via live chat or open a ticket on Discord.
-
Will I be notified if there's new content?Certainly! We share our content updates through the #announcements channel on Discord.
-
Why are we funding our students? Our ultimate goal is to build an independent proprietary trading firm. The best way to do this is to educate traders in-house so we can develop the trust required to trade proprietary capital. We believe in the quality of our education so much that we are willing to fund our own students, so that they never have to look for outside funding from unreliable challenge/evaluation prop firms.
-
What is the Funding Process?(1) CORE Enrollment: Requires a minimum duration of six months as a student. (2) Consistent Profitability: For at least one quarter (3-months in a row) (3) Active Participation: Engage proactively within our community by sharing insights and updates on your trading journey. Daily Market Forecast Trade Reviews Performance Report Team Collaboration
-
How much capital is available for Funding? You'll start with a $10,000 simulated funded account, which will scale incrementally to $1 million.
-
Is there a scaling plan?Yes! Every time you achieve a profitable quarter, you are eligible for an interview to scale up your account. The interview process is necessary to determine that you traded properly. This is how we ensure sustainable funding for all our students.
-
How much does it cost to receive funding?Zero. We don't charge a fee for the funding process because we want you to win, not profit from your failures. As long as you have proven your skill & dedication, you will be funded.

What is Forex Trading?Forex, or foreign exchange, FX, and currency trading, refers to a global decentralized market where currencies are traded. It stands as the largest and most liquid market globally, with daily trading volumes surpassing $6.5 trillion. In forex trading, a currency pair represents the value of one currency (known as the base currency) relative to another (the counter currency). The value of a currency is influenced by factors such as economic strength, political stability, interest rates, inflation, productivity, trade balance, and overall risk.
-
What is leverage?Leverage in forex trading involves using borrowed capital to enhance the potential returns on an investment. In the forex market, leverage is utilized through margin accounts offered by forex brokers. Typically, traders are restricted to investing only what they have available. With leverage, you are not required to pay the full amount of a trade upfront. Instead, you provide a smaller amount known as margin. When you close a leveraged position, the profit or loss is calculated based on the total value of the trade. While leverage can increase your potential gains, it also amplifies the risk of significant losses, which may exceed your initial margin. Consequently, effective risk management is crucial when trading with leverage.

What is a pip in FX?Pips are units used to measure changes in forex pairs. Typically, a pip represents a movement in the fourth decimal place of a currency pair. For example, if EUR/USD shifts from $1.3531 to $1.3532, this constitutes a single pip. Decimal places beyond the pip are referred to as micro pips or pipettes, indicating a fraction of a pip. However, there is an exception for currency pairs where the quote currency is denominated in smaller units, such as the Japanese yen. In this case, a single pip is represented by a change in the second decimal place. For instance, if EUR/JPY moves from ¥172.19 to ¥172.18, it has moved one pip.

What is a lot in trading?Currencies are traded in lots, which are standardized quantities used to facilitate forex transactions. In forex trading, a standard lot consists of 100,000 units of currency. There are also mini lots, valued at 10,000 units, and micro lots, worth 1,000 units. Since individual traders may not have the capital to trade in standard lots of 100,000 dollars, pounds, or euros for every trade, many forex trading platforms offer leveraged accounts to accommodate smaller investment amounts.
